Get up and workout!
We are running 12+ LIVE HIIT workouts for £15/month. The classes are live on Zoom and our NLPT LIVE Instagram channel. If you miss a class (or want to do more) you can check out our Instagram where you will find all the previous HIIT workouts we have been running since lockdown – so plenty to choose from!
The live classes include:
– Monday HIIT at 07:00am
– Wednesday Maxout at 07:00am
– Friday Pump at 07:00am

That’s 12+ workouts per month for £15. This is ideal for anyone who enjoys HIIT and strength classes and working out with others. No workout is ever the same and we will be working your full body throughout the week – legs and glutes, arms, back and core. All workouts can be done at home.

Equipment needed: Dumbbells (or equivalent)*

Subscription: 1 month (£15.00 per month)

    I’ve been doing the live HIIT’s every week and have only missed one so far! Great way to start the day, keeps me in a routine and seeing other people on Zoom pushes me to keep up!

    I really like the range of live workouts Jory offers throughout the week as they push me to train my body in different ways. The workouts being live motivates me to get up and join the sessions on time and makes me train that bit harder being able to interact with Jory and others during the session rather than slacking when I try to workout on my own! Jorys a great motivator and keeps the workouts varied and fresh. Would definitely recommend!

    Jory’s workouts have been a life-saver during lockdown. I love doing them virtually as it pushes me harder and he also creates different workouts to provide healthy competition across the group which also makes them really fun! Every week is different and the variety is great!
