This is a 12 week HOME DUMBBELL program for regular gym users or those who have completed the Home Bodyweight Plan. The plan includes a wide range of exercises to build strength, balance and confidence.

Number of workouts: 60

Equipment needed: Dumbbells

Frequency: To see real results we recommend a minimum of 4 workouts per week

Duration: Workouts typically take 30-60 minutes to complete (depending on your fitness level)

Suitability: Regular gym users with a good understanding of full body exercises
