HOME CUSTOM WORKOUT
This is a 12 week fully customised HOME program – customised for you, based on your personal goals and the equipment you have available.
Equipment needed: Have your own workout created based on the equipment you have available.
Frequency: To see real results we recommend a minimum of 4/5 workouts per week
Duration: Workouts typically take 30-60 minutes to complete (depending on your fitness level)
Subscription: 12 weeks (£100.00 every 4 weeks)
Workout program will be created following an initial consultation.
