HOME BOOTY WORKOUT
This is a 12 week HOME BOOTY program for regular gym users who want to strengthen, build and isolate their glutes. This plan focuses on working the glutes while toning your core. There is a wide range of exercises to help build strength, balance and confidence and a calendar full of workouts to keep you consistent.
Number of workouts: 60
Equipment needed: Dumbbells or kettlebells, and resistance bands
Frequency: To see real results we recommend a minimum of 5 workouts per week
Duration: Workouts typically take 30-60 minutes to complete (depending on your fitness level)
Suitability: Regular gym users with a good understanding of lower body exercises
Subscription: 12 weeks (£50.00 every 4 weeks)
