Home workouts to keep you fit, motivated and on track during lockdown for only £15 per month. Ideal for anyone who enjoys HIIT and strength classes and wants to improve their fitness from home.

The classes are LIVE on Zoom and Instagram. If you miss a class (or want to do more) you can catch up on Instagram where you will find the latest workouts PLUS all the previous workouts we have been running since July 2020 – so plenty to choose from!

Wherever you are in the world, you can keep fit with the NLPT community. It’s the next best thing to a gym class and you don’t even need to leave the house!

Class Schedule:

  • Monday HIIT at 07:00am
  • Wednesday Maxout (HIIT) at 07:00am
  • Friday Pump at 07:00am

No workout is ever the same and we will be working your full body throughout the week – legs and glutes, arms, back and core.
