NEW vegan and vegetarian meal plans

You asked for it and we’ve delivered! We have had a few vegans and vegetarians on the FIT IN SIX Bootcamp and they have struggled some days to hit their macros. In true community spirit, they’ve come together and helped each other but these new plans we have just launched will really help keep them on track and add more variety to their meals each day.

These recipes are easy to follow and contain a list of ingredients, preparation and cook time, calories, and method. Each recipe also includes a handy barcode you can scan to upload the full recipe into your MyFitnessPal app to track your caloric intake and macros quickly and easily.
