Initially, Sam’s goals were to trim down and then build strength and stamina. During the first year that was clear for all to see as Sam and his wife were described as “the machines”.

Following the initial consultation we agreed to aim for one PT session per week minimum where we would focus in phases on endurance, then strength and power. Sam trained solo on specific body parts and then took part in my class each week.
