I can’t believe some of the weights I’ve seen lifted this year!! So I thought I’d put you guys to the test this Christmas and see how much you can improve your Hip Thrust PB’s!!? Here’s the challenge…

Video and lift your 3 REP MAX Hip Thrust, upload it to Facebook or Instagram and tag us in your post to enter.

RULES:
– 3 REP MAX
– MUST REACH PARALLEL

The winners will be revealed on Christmas Day! There will be two winners:
– WINNER MAX WEIGHT
– WINNER MAX LIFT/BODYWEIGHT

NB: Record your body weight in KGs.
