Following our consultation, Karen and I agreed to have one PT session per week and set a workout plan around classes and PT. We started Karen’s nutrition with the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living that helped to create consistent healthy eating habits and align the body in a more alkaline state. We then stepped up training to two PT sessions a week in the last 2 months to really improve strength and muscle definition.
For Karen, the results are clear to see but what you don’t see is how much confidence she has gained and how hard she trains. Karen has become a GYM ADDICT and trains more than me! Some days training twice and now even training solo doing weights which was one of her biggest fears! Well done Karen! Really proud of you!
