Olivia wanted to get fitter, stronger and more toned for her wedding day. We set a training programme to include two PT sessions a week and gym classes, alongside a strict nutrition plan to help her reach her goals.

METHOD

Following our consultation Olivia and I agreed to have two PT sessions per week and set a workout plan around classes and PT. We set an intense training program and strict nutrition plan to help her reach the goals set.

RESULTS

Olivia not only achieved amazing definition but really improved her strength across all the major compound exercises.

– TOTAL CM LOST – 17CMS
– SQUAT – 45-70KG
– BENCH – 25-40KG
– PULL UPS – 0-3
– DEADLIFTS – 45-75KG

TRAINING TIME

We set a 12 week deadline to get Olivia in the best shape for her wedding and reviewed progress monthly.
