We’re often asked for recipe ideas and it’s important to have a varied, well-balanced healthy diet. So we will now be releasing 12 new recipes every month which will be available to download here on the website.
These recipes are easy to follow and contain a list of ingredients, preparation and cook time, calories, and method. Each recipe also includes a handy barcode you can scan to upload the full recipe into your MyFitnessPal app to track your caloric intake quickly and easily.
