Ursa’s goals were to get fitter, tone and lose a little weight. She was out of routine and couldn’t seem to get the motivation to go to the gym.

After the initial consultation we looked at getting Ursa into a routine that would work for her. We created a gym and nutrition routine that was realistic to hit and got her involved in the RX classes.
We started to see increases in fitness straight away in the first month. Ursa had started to take shape however we thought there was room for improvement. After taking a closer look at her diet, in-particular meal portion sizes, it was clear that this was the missing piece.
The plan was for 8 weeks, which we reviewed every 4 weeks to check on progress.
