Built Muscle & Strength in 90 Days

Tommy’s goal was to put on muscle mass. He had been trying for some time to do this on his own but wasn’t getting the results he desired so came to NLPT for a plan and some personal training sessions.

METHOD

After the initial consultation Tommy’s plan was simple. We increased his calorie intake and put him straight onto the Hench transformation plan.

RESULTS

I was so impressed with Tommy’s attitude to training and how he just got on with things consistently. After 12 weeks it was clear to see how much muscle Tommy had built and his strength had increased tremendously!! His confidence was the best thing for me to see.
