Following initial consultation, Nicola and I agreed to have one PT session per week and set a workout plan around classes and solo training sessions. We aimed to keep it simple with exercises Nicola enjoyed and felt confident doing. In the last 4 weeks leading up to her wedding, we really stepped up the cardio and nutrition.
After 3 months Nicola had really toned up and became much fitter and stonger in classes. We wanted even better results so stepped the training up twice a day on certain days for the last 3 weeks before the wedding. What Nicola achieved in that 3 weeks was incredible and the pictures speak for themselves!
We set 1, 3 and 6 month targets for Nicola to hit. Each month we had a review and made sure we were on track in all areas.
