Vicki was a regular HIIT class attendee but felt that she wasn’t making the progress she really wanted. When Vicki asked about PT sessions, we sat down to go through her goals that were to get in the best shape of her life, by her 40th Birthday, in 12 weeks.

After the initial consultation we set a plan to change Vicki’s diet, training methods and mindset. We set a 3-month target to hit Vicki’s training goals. Each month we had a review and made sure we were on track in all areas.
Vicki absolutely smashed her goals, over exceeding in all areas!! We were both shocked at how far she had come!
