METHOD

After the initial consultation we set a plan to change Rebecca’s diet, training routine and mindset. Rebecca found herself in a bad routine and we simply had to break that pattern and start a new healthier routine. We also discussed ways that we could make attending the gym an enjoyable and energising experience.

RESULTS

What a turnaround, in just 6 weeks Rebecca had transformed! She had become a machine and as you can see, looks amazing!!

TRAINING TIME

We set 1, 3 and 6-month targets for Rebecca to hit. Each month we had a review and made sure we were on track in all areas.
